75 FJORD DR, PLATTSBURGH, NY

OPEN DAILY DAWN TO DUSK
Immerse Yourself in Art and Nature
There are about 40 acres of preserved land here huddled inside many homes in this neighborhood. The intent for this land is for it to stay forever wild. Open spaces are important for diversity of species, as well as providing a safe place for wildlife to live.
As you look and walk around you may notice a variety of things, green fields, new and old growth forest. The fields of wild flowers and trees provide pollen for bees, the wetlands provide shelter for deer, raccoon, opossum, skunk, and more.
Birds nest up in trees and can take a break from migrating. Forest bathing is good for our mental health and art allows for conversations to occur.
Many of these sculptures are from artists near and far sharing their work with you, some are permanent, others are traveling; a variety of species in their own rite. Explore the park with those you love.
